Cruise to Astuvansalmi – Sunday, August 16

Spend a memorable summer day in the breathtaking scenery of Lake Saimaa! This scenic cruise takes you to Astuvansalmi, home to Finland's most famous prehistoric rock paintings, where you can admire these remarkable artworks that are thousands of years old.

During the cruise, you will enjoy the beautiful lake nature of Saimaa and its stunning archipelago landscapes. At Astuvansalmi, there will be a stop of approximately 30 minutes, allowing you to explore the rock paintings at your own pace. The cruise ends at the Varkaantaipale Summer Restaurant pier, where a bus will be waiting to take you back to Ristiina.

Children (4–16 years): €20

Children aged 3 and under travel free of charge.

The price includes: the cruise, a stop at Astuvansalmi, and a bus transfer back to the departure point.

If the trip is cancelled due to an exceptional circumstance, such as a sudden illness, the ticket seller will refund 50% of the purchase price after deducting cancellation-related costs.
